How do I download the gift voucher?
After you purchase your voucher, you’ll receive an automated email containing a download link. Once you click that, a .zip file will save to your computer. Go to your downloads folder, click on the .zip file to unpack it and you’ll see your gift certificate and welcome pack for the session in a folder. It’s best to email the welcome pack to your gift recipient as it contains links, if you want to print the gift certificate and put it in a card for your giftee, you can do so by opening the gift certificate file and clicking print.
How does it work?
Give the Gift Certificate to your loved one, email them the Welcome Pack.
They’ll get in touch with me to arrange their session times.
They’ll submit their session prep.
We’ll have our Colour Analysis, then the Wardrobe Edit. Fee’s apply for clients outside of the free travel zone.
We’ll meet in Pitt Street, Sydney for their pre-planned shopping session.
We’ll have a seperate appointment at their home to put outfits together.
After the session, Alarna will email their digital Colour Palette & Style Guide.
How soon can this session be booked?
The Colour Analysis can often be booked around 2.5 weeks in advance and are held on Mondays. For the remaining sessions, clients can expect that during the change of season we’ll be booked around a month in advance. To avoid disappointment, it’s best to book early. Mid-season and end of season we’re often booked 3 weeks in advance. Please note, we start our wardrobe and shopping sessions at 10.30am from Wednesday - Sunday. On Thursdays we also offer a 3.30pm start.
